color, engine, and other relevant information. We have four convenient ways to choose from:
Online Ordering via Website
The fastest way to process your order is to visit our website: www.johnsmustang.com. All item
descriptions and prices are always current on our website. Additional views and details may also
be presented. You can place an order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These orders are
sent directly to our sales team for final review and then to our warehouse for fulfillment.
Telephone & Fax
We do our best to make ordering by phone as easy as possible. Please have the item number and
description ready so we can expedite the ordering process. We accept payment for domestic
orders via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept payment by COD. Place orders via our toll-free number 1-800-869-6894 or via our 24 hour fax, 1-713-664-

Please use the order form provided in this catalog and fill it out completely using the item
numbers in this book. If you need assistance, please contact us at 1-800-869-6894. We accept
payment for domestic orders via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not
accept payment by COD. We welcome personal checks but we reserve the right to hold your
order for a 14 day clearance period. Mail orders are processed faster if payment is made by
money order, cashier's check, Western Union, or wire transfer.
If you are local or visiting the Houston area, please feel free to visit our showroom. For faster
service, place your order online and choose "Store Pickup" and we will begin preparing your
order before you arrive here. For your safety, please bring a matching government issued
identification card, such as a Driver's License, so we can verify your identity. Sorry, no checks
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped or picked up within Texas are subject to an 8.25% state sales and use tax. For
international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
All orders shipped outside of the United States must be prepaid in US funds.
Please provide an e-mail address or fax number to send confirmation of the Sales Order. All
international orders will be confirmed prior to shipment. Smaller orders are shipped via USPS
Priority Mail International whenever possible. Larger orders are sent via FedEx International.
All international orders, purchased by credit card, must be sent to an address verifiable by the
issuing bank. This is typically the billing address. We also accept money order, cashier's check,
Western Union, and wire transfer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Within the 48 contiguous United States, we offer Standard Shipping utilizing, at our discretion, a
combination of USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Expedited orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day, and Saturday delivery. All freight orders are sent via FedEx Freight or Southwest Motor Transport or an affiliated freight company. International orders are sent via FedEx International or USPS Priority Mail International.
For orders that are not time sensitive, we offer Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous
United States. We may use a combination of shipping carriers which ensures safe and quick delivery of your order with online package tracking. Standard Shipping is not available for items requiring Truck Freight. In Stock items should arrive in approximately 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders $50 or more are eligible for Free Standard Shipping. For orders under $50, we offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $7.95. There is no extra charge for items that are back ordered.
Orders exceeding UPS or FedEx standard size and weight limits will be shipped via Truck
Freight. These items are marked "Truck Freight" in our catalog and on our website. These items
include, but are not limited to, the following: hoods, fenders, quarter panels, windshields, trunk lids, and other large sheet metal.
For customers within Texas, Truck Freight has a minimum charge of $139.95. Out of state Truck
Freight starts at $179.95. Often times, an item will require Truck Freight due to it's size, but not
weight. Thus, adding smaller items to your order would not increase the overall shipping cost.
Same Day Shipping
We pride ourselves on expedient order processing. Most orders placed on our website for in-stock items before 4pm CST (and all other orders received before 3pm CST) will ship same day. Due to truck company scheduling, truck freight orders may not always ship same day.
Some orders may require additional processing time. FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day shipping
represents the estimated number of business days in transit, excluding processing time. If your
order is time-sensitive or requires special instructions, please notify us at the time of order.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
We take great care to ensure that your order is packed safely. However, on occasion accidents occur. Please do not return or refuse the shipment.
Please inspect the package(s) in the presence of the delivery driver. If you discover any visible
damage or tampering, please have the driver indicate this in his records and contact the delivery
company to file the claim immediately.
All orders sent from our warehouse will include a copy of your Sales Order on the outside of the
box. Please verify the contents of your order thoroughly upon receipt. If anything is damaged or missing, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We strive to make returns and exchanges of merchandise as easy as possible. Within 60 days,
please have your Sales Order ready and call us at 1-713-955-3000 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be printed clearly on the shipping label. Any packages without a clearly visible RA number may be refused and returned. This RA number is valid for up to 14 days beyond the 60 day return policy.
Please send your returns using the most economical method possible with insurance and a
tracking number. If an error has been made on our part, we will only refund the equivalent of the most economical method, not any form of expedited shipping.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be uninstalled, in the
original package, and in sellable condition -- just as you received it. Any merchandise received
in unsatisfactory condition (such as rust, paint, or grease) will be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense. There are no returns or exchanges on Ford NOS items, electrical items, stripe kits, decals, literature, software, video, or special order items.
Rebuilt or refurbished parts in the catalog are labeled "Rebuilt" or "Remanufactured". The price
listed in our catalog consists of two components: a rebuilding service charge and a "Rebuildable
Core Credit", which serves as an incentive to return your existing core for rebuilding.
The refund of this credit may be subject to the following:
- A photocopy of the invoice with the item circled must be sent. The original Sales Order
number and "CORE" must be written on the outside of the box, next to the shipping label in bold print.
- The returned core must be exactly the same as the product purchased.
- It must be rebuildable, without broken, bent, or missing parts, without frozen movable
components, or disassembled.
- The core must be drained of all fluids and wrapped in plastic to prevent leakage
- Returned cores must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within two weeks of receipt and are subject to inspection by the
When returning the core, you are responsible for any associated shipping costs. We recommend
using the smallest box available, purchasing insurance, and requesting a tracking number.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SPECIAL HANDLING
Parts that are backordered are listed on an invoice with a positive number in the B/O column.
These parts are automatically shipped once they are in stock. If you do not want to backorder
items out of stock, please check the "No" box for "Backorder out of stock items" on your order
form or in the notes field during the checkout process online. Any item on backorder for more
than 30 days may be automatically canceled depending on availability. Refunds will be issued
via the same form of payment.
Some items may be temporarily out of stock or are not regular stocking items. These items will
be shipped directly from the manufacturer in a separate shipment.
Items listed in our catalog as "Special Order" require a non-refundable pre-payment. Additionally, these products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged in shipment. Typically, these items are not in stock and require approximately 1-4 weeks in processing & manufacturing time. Please inquire if you have any special requirements
or questions regarding these items.
PERFORMANCE PARTS AND FIBERGLASS
For performance parts, actual results may vary and they are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the catalog listing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on performance parts.
Although we source the best quality fiberglass products available, they may not fit exactly the
same as comparable stamped steel. They may be fitted and finished to show quality, but they are
built closer to racing standards than show standards. Please confirm the fit prior to sanding or
painting, otherwise, they may not be returned. Our return policy is limited up to the purchase price of the product, not including any associated freight or labor. For fiberglass hoods, we do not recommend the use of hood hinge springs or "low tension" variants. Please use a prop-rod and hood pins instead. Some fiberglass items are Special Order and cannot be returned or exchanged and may require additional shipping from the manufacturer for Store Pickup. Please call our
